    How to Use this Product?

Begin with washing your hands. Next is to apply water based lube around the cup to smoothen insertion process. The Comfort Cup is worn internally similar to tampons. However, the cup collects your blood instead of absorbing it. Next is to fold the cup and push it gently into the vagina until it reaches the cervix. Rotate the cup to ensure it is fully open and that a seal is created to the vaginal wall. There is a variety of folding methods to choose from, such as the 7-fold and punch down. We recommend checking the instruction guide further as attached in your order or check out video guides to see which methods would suit you best.

Once the cup is full, you can wash, rinse, and then reinsert. If you need further help you don’t have to worry, an instruction card is included with every purchase.

    How to Clean this Product?

Start with sterilizing your Comfort Cup. You can use either a sterilizer cup or a pot. If you are using a pot, soak your cup in boiling water and wait for 3 to 5 minutes before using it. If you have the sterilizer cup, place the menstrual cup in the sterilizer cup, fill with clean water and close the lid, place it in the microwave and have it boil for 3 minutes. Note that you only need to sterilize your cup before and after your cycle. Use clean water to rinse and use mild soap to clean your cup during your period. Next is to rinse and clean your cup during your cycle.

To clean your cup daily, start with rinsing it with cold water. Second step is to wash with gentle soap. In this step, please use oil-free and fragrance-free soap. Once clean, it’s ready to be reinserted.
