    How to Use this Product?

Before using the Nala Super Tampons, make sure to wash your hands first. After that, get one of the tampons from the box and unwrap it. Next, sit on the toilet with your knees apart. Hold the product on the one hand with the grip (middle part of the toy) in between your thumb and index finger. Meanwhile, keep your index finger on the end of the thinner tube.

Once you’ve held the tampon properly, you can now start inserting the tampon into your vagina. Make sure that the insertion is angled towards your back; inserting straight up and can lead to discomfort. Once the barrel of the tampon is comfortably inside your vagina, hold the grip and push with your index finger on the smaller tube, pushing the absorbent part of the tampon into the vagina. Push this until it meets the grip and your other fingers. Once everything is settled, use your thumb and middle finger to pull out the barrel of the tampon, leaving the string to hang out. Just keep the string in as you’ll use it to remove the tampon later. Wrap the cardboard applicator using the individual wrapping or tissue, then throw it in the biodegradable bin.

As for the removal, start by sitting over the toilet. Gently hold the string between two fingers and pull the tampon out; make sure you’re doing it at the same angle that you use to insert it. Wrap the tampon with tissue and dispose of it in the biodegradable bin. Keep in mind to change your tampons every 4-6 hours. Not only does it prevent period leaks, but it also prevents you from having Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare form of bacterial infection that’s caused by wearing a tampon for more than 8 hours. Also, make sure you’re relaxed when inserting and removing the tampon; you can’t easily insert or remove the product when you’re tense.
