Pwede Bang Gawing Gamot ang Buko Juice for UTI?

Hiii po, nitong nakaraan, pakiramdam ko (f23) may UTI ako. May kiliti ng ng konti pagkatapos kong umihi, tapos ihi pa po ako ng ihi, basta may kakaiba po sa tuwing umiihi ako. Balak ko na nga sana magpunta na lang sa clinic kaso sabi ng jowa ko, wag na daw kasi dagdag gastos pa.

Binilhan niya po ako ng buko juice kasi nakakagaling daw ng UTI, lalo pag di pa naman malala.

Ininom ko nga tapos pagkatapos ng ilang araw, biglang nawala nga po yung nararamdaman ko. Legit ba yung pampagaling ang buko juice sa UTI, Tita?

Having UTI is no joke. Kahit pa mawala yung feeling, baka lurking pa yan sa loob-loob ng sistema mo. Meron pa ngang case na nawala yung UTI symptoms, tapos yun pala, the infection traveled up na sa kidneys. Imbis na gumaling agad, lalo lang lumala ang sitwasyon. 😬

Pwede ring may mga underlying conditions that caused your UTI. Mas okay pa rin talaga ang magpa-checkup. If iniisip mong gastos lamang ito, isipin mo na lang na mas lalaki pa ang gastos mo kung di ka agad nagpatingin. Baka mamaya hindi na madaan sa medication.

Gets naman na your jowa is simply trying to help. May legitimacy naman sa sinabi niya. Coconut water acts like a diuretic, parang nag-e-encourage ng urine formation and urination which helps in kicking some bacteria outta your body. 🥥💦

While this sounds promising, more research pa rin ang kailangan to confirm these effects. So, like, don’t go thinking that buko juice is a cure-all for UTI.

Again, better get an appointment with your trusted doctor and make sure to get those needed tests. You can still drink more buko juice since it’s still good for UTI, pero mas maganda pa rin if you’ll get to take prescribed medication(s).

Also, not sure what caused your UTI, pero kung sa sex man yan, remember this golden rule— always, always pee after doing the deed. It helps flush out any bacteria that might’ve tagged along during the action. So gora na girl, magpa-checkup ka na. Hoping na cleared out na nga ang UTI mo. Take care!
