Satisfyer Feel Confident Menstrual Cup Features

Feel free, fresh, and confident on your red days! The Satisfyer Feel Confident is a menstrual cup set featuring 15ml and 20ml cups made with medical-grade silicone.

It’s a great alternative to pads and tampons, as you can move around more with them. You’ll have lesser chances of leaks with this one! It’s also reusable, making it good for your wallet and the planet.

How to Use this Product?

Taking the switch with this period cup? Awesome! This product is worn internally, similar to a tampon. The difference is that a menstrual cup collects blood while a tampon absorbs it. Once you’ve got it out of the packaging, we recommend submerging it in boiling water. Let it cool.

For first-timers, we recommend checking videos demonstrating the insertion of a menstrual cup, such as this one; doing the basic folding techniques can be tricky. Make sure you have a bottle of water-based lubricant, as you’ll use it to ensure comfortable insertion. Use the smaller cup for lighter days, while the slightly bigger one for your heavier days.

When inserting the cup, get into a squatting or preferred position where you can easily access your vagina. Fold the cup and push it into your vagina. You will feel a gentle “pop” when the product is inserted correctly. You should also feel comfortable while wearing it. If you feel something’s off or there are major leaks, you’ll need to re-do the insertion. Don’t feel frustrated, as it’s normal for newbies to take a few tries before doing it right.

Once the cup is properly inserted, feel free to move around and leave it for up to 3-8 hours, depending on how heavy your flow is. If you have a light flow, you can keep it on until 8 hours, while you can empty the cup every 3-4 hours for heavy flow.

For removal, get into a squatting position, reach inside the vagina, and gently pull the stem or handle of the cup. Pinch the top rim to break the seal, making it easier to pull the cup out. Once the air is released, pull the cup out at a sideways angle. Be careful with this step, as you may end up spilling your menstruation onto the floor or your clothes.

Rinse the cup with water and mild soap before re-inserting it. Submerge the cups in boiling water after every period cycle. Please check the included user manual for more information.

Super love this!! The material is thin (which is great!!) especially the handle where you can pull it out, super practical and easy to clean too. Love the design! Been looking for something like this, instead of like a stick lang you have to pinch to pull.
