Using this product is simple; just wear the period undies as you would in regular panty/underwear. Keep it on for a few hours and remove it once you feel the cotton gusset is full. This product can ensure 100% protection from light to medium flow. For heavier days, please use another period product.
Once you’re done using it, wash the undies by hand or machine. Do not use hot water, bleach, or fabric softener as these may damage the leak-proof film. Hang (air dry) the underwear to dry. Do not iron or tumble dry.
