How to Use This Product?

Got your tampon bundle? Let’s get you started! Make sure you’ve got clean hands, then unwrap the tampon. Hold the base of the tampon and gently insert it into your vagina using your middle finger. The string should be hanging outside. Give the string a gentle tug to check if it’s full. Remember, you should change your tampon 3-5 times daily and avoid wearing it for more than 6 hours to prevent Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

When removing the tampon, find a comfy position and pull the string diagonally downwards. It should slide out easily. If you’re having trouble finding the string, try squatting and gently feeling for it. After removal, wrap the tampon with its original packaging or tissue paper and throw it in the bin.
