Apply liberal amounts of lubricant, and gently insert into your vagina. Now it’s time to work on those kegel exercises!
Once done, gently extract the Lelo Beads. Separate the weights from the harness and wash thoroughly. Dry with a lint-free cloth and store in a dry, clean container. It is recommended to do kegel exercises daily.
Clean with warm water and mild soap.

Pack in a linen/silk/satin pouch.
